For some reason, after the April patch, I am having a very long game startup period from when I click Play in the launcher (via Steam) until the game window opens. I've posted about this both here and on the issue tracker but it seems I am alone with the problem. So I'm gonna try to delete everything except the actual game files, which I am going to validate after deleting shaders, logs etc
So i am guessing everything in the Logs and PlanetShaders folders, and probably GpuWorkTable.xml + GraphicsConfiguration.xml ? This should be safe, right? Any other files I should include?
- Elite Dangerous requires UPNP enabled in router even if you do port forwarding manually
- If you run VirtualBox on the same system as you play Elite, disable the VirtualBox Host-Only adapter
