On planet : 55-60


On both PCs :
OS Win7 x64
All graphics settings set at maximum quality
Res 1920x1080
Vsync ON
SSMA ON x1

As soon as I use a higher resolution (1440p) with DSR tech or I use SSM x1.5 I've got a huge performance drop on Planet.
Basically the FPS result is divided by 2.

a rather poor GTX 770 2gb :(

I get 30fps on planets, 110fps in space and 40fps in stations
(running on mostly low settings)

Can't afford a better gpu :(

Maxed all settings except video card work is set to default.
Super sampling 1.0
Get roughly 60 FPS all the time.
I get the occasional dip on planets but I often run things in the back round of elite to kill some of the down time which is almost always directly related to the dip.

Currently running a GTX 750 with 1GB. I've got an AMD 270 with 2GB waiting in the wings to replace it (once I replace my crappy PSU). Only then will I attempt to semi convert from the Xbox.

Add another GTX 970 to that list! Once the HTC Vive comes out you can add 1 more as I'll be running 2 in SLI :)

Except for the Motherboard/Processor and the video card, the system is over 5 years old and still plugging along.
