No ship kits installed on my type 10 and it happens every time. I decided to travel to colonia and have no access to my other ships. Also there seems to be no decent equipment in colonia available for a new ship. It‘s a nightmare.
There used to be some FCs in Colonia selling modules. Also, Ian Doncaster has a fantastic site for the region. https://cdb.sotl.org.uk/outfittingNo ship kits installed on my type 10 and it happens every time. Nope, not just T-10. It's a bad layout geometry bug which can be avoided entirely by not landing on pad 4 of the 'T' shaped tourist settlements with a really long ship. Again, See my post over here.Yes this is a T10 bug. Seems size-related.

Interesting. I know I tried it with the T-10 when I did my testing but that was a few updates ago. I'll have to try it out again sometime. For the Type-10 it's worse. Seems the Type-10 can't land anywhere.
I've had this problem while selling Hutton Mugs and Centauri Mega Gin as part of Hutton's 2 Hot 2 Messy event. This explanation seems the most likely reason for it happening especially when I am friendly with a particular faction but it only happens at a few of their settlements.Something similar just happened to me. I landed at an Odyssey settlement owned by a faction that I am allied with, the landing pad lit up and the contacts, mission board and commodities market were all live, the operational status was listed as Normal. I was buying some commodities when I got the ship under attack vocal warning. I was in a well-engineered Vette so had plenty of time to investigate. I took off and could see ground fire was coming from shielded on-foot NPCs so landed out of range, disembarked and went into the settlement. There were 6 scavs with bounties, the base was powered-off like a normal abandoned settlement. The scavs are now dead. The faction state is None. So the oddity here is that the ship station board looks normal and says operational even though the base ground buildings are powered-off with scavs prowling about.
