What happened to facial animations?

TBH I wouldn't mind if this "bug" affected my character holo me.

I don't know where this smirking plague came from, but it spread overnight. It seems relatively painful, imagine smirking 24/7...

The Apex taxi pilots are all ventriloquists it seems. No mouth or face movement when speaking.

Face Animations are fine on English version of the game.
Broken on Russian and German (not tested other languages)

I gave up to call on it. Frontier solved this bug before upgrade 6, but after that upgrade this annoying bug is back. This is a problem since Odyssey "Alpha" days! And no solution until now. The fact that such bug happen ONLY with some players, but not all, creates a vacuum of Frontier's interest.
