What happens to the animals if you close a franchise zoo?

Anyone know?

I have a franchise with like 5 baby gorillas in for the challenge.. But now it won't load and I don't think there is anyway to get into it.. If I open a new one and close this one will I lose all the animals or will they go to my trade centre?

I can not promise anything at all, but as far as I remember from the beta, they will go into the trading centre. If you can not load your franchise zoo anymore, you do have nothing toloose anyway, right? Have you tried loading and earlier autosave?

I have bad news for you. You will lose all your animals if you close a franchise zoo. Your animals will be sold for CC (same amount as if freed to the wild), but only the adult ones and only those you could have sold for CC in the trading center. So your new born animals and those you bought for $ will be lost without compensation.

If you go to your franchise in the main menu and select the specific zoo, there is a button to close the zoo. If you click it you will get a message with how much CC you will receive and you have to confirm before your zoo gets deleted.
