What HUD colours do you use?

Stock with just a 0.5 reduction on red to make it easier on the eyes on VR, while patiently waiting for FD to allow us to change it for real, however, i believe it one of those things that despite apparently being simple for the developers to implement, could be a problem like the infamous Backpack in WoW.

What's wrong with using the hack? Do it through ED Profiler and it's a doddle

Whats wrong with the hack?

1. It's not changable from within the game
2. It often affects the colour of NPC faces in the station menus
3. It often messes up the friendly and hostile colours on the radar
4. Its an all or nothing approach.
5. Single HUD elements cannot be targeted

Its pretty poor, dispite how easy it is to do.

^^^ This.

Two and three especially. I like my friendlies green, my hostiles red, and my faces to look human.

<MatrixRed> 1.5, 0, -0.5 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> -1, 1.5, 0.5 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 0.5, 0.5, 1.5 </MatrixBlue>

Faces look correct
Friendly is green
Enemy is red
The biggest difference is that text is brighter and more of a yellow instead of the standard orange. This makes it easier for me to read.

That's why I use this one... faces look human, friendlies are green and hostiles are red. Use ED Profiler and it's super easy to change it.

Notes: Reduced channel saturation/peach-orange hues on NPC pictures

In a Rift at least, Green seems to give the best clarity without nasty ghosting - Blue, for example always gives me a darker blue shadow on everything. Green, brightness turned way down, seems to offer the best clarity without too much reflection.

I do agree on the faces and radar elements however, it's very tricky to find something that's useful (black enemies are a little surprising...)
