I've downloaded JWE2 Yesterday and i tried to play it today but is says that my GPU is outdated. My PC ONLY has an Intel GPU. Current it's the HD version of it. However on steam it's not specified what Intel GPU is required. Does anyone have any idea about this?

The lack of DX12 capable graphics is probably why the game won't start.
Beyond that the minimum requirements are listed as:
(4GB VRAM) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti (Legacy GPU: GeForce GTX 960) / AMD Radeon RX 470
The only integrated Intel GPUs that are anywhere near this fast are pretty recent.11th or newer gen CPUs with Iris Xe might run JWE2 on lowest settings.

Does Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600 GPU works?
Most probably NOT, since it seems to be a 2017 generation of integrated GPU used in low end processors like Pentium N4100
To put things into perspective (according to Notebookcheck):
GTX 1050 TI 4GB (laptop version): TimeSpy Score: 2300 (average)
Intel UHD 600: TimeSpy Score: 110 (average, 20 times slower than the minimum requirements for JWE2)
