Although I have done that...this time I was filleted like a flounder and left to float in space (this was before you could reset the systems...so very early days..one or two days out of release if I remember!). I had no choice...it was the insult to my injury for not dropping cargo! But it was done so well...that I could only watch and appreciate the skills!

For some ships it's the only option the player has if their drives and/or FSD are disabled (other than co-operating with the pirate, that is....).
Actually, I do... It's fun to swat the NPC eagles, cobra and ect.. that come after me. The real challenge is finishing the KWS before they blow up!
Carrying one ton of anything in my Vulture I noted the same problem.

Actually, it does make a great trading ship... I would take a mission that would attract NPCs and have fun swatting them... Usually made much more from the bounties than the mission! WIn-win for me!Carrying one ton of anything in my Vulture I noted the same problem.

And those player cornered themselves into that position if they wish to be defiant, I see nothing wrong.
