What is the average support ticket turnaround time?

I'm just asking as I have a ticket open regarding the loss of exo data ,and I've not touched my game since I sent the ticket 2 days ago. Am I ok continuing playing whilst I await an update, or shall I remain logged off until Support get back to me? I don't want to do anything that may complicate the resolution of the ticket. Thanks.
 
Normally they tend to reply in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

This weekend is a holiday weekend in the UK so Monday is also likely a non-working day for them: if you haven't got an answer yet you shouldn't expect one before Tuesday at the earliest.
 
Thanks for the prompt response. If it is a support ticket regarding lost data, would you say that I am safe to continue playing, or is it best to leave the account untouched until Support take a look?
