What is this reticle? and is it a bug?

I was in my SRV.
So is it to do with "remote weapons" as I have read somewhere?
What is a "remote weapon" ?
Should it show in the SRV's reticle?

Looks like an experimental Remote Flak launcher target reticle.

Probably shouldn't be on SRV. But maybe its a bug or something else completely.

You fire the Flak and when it's in range the three triangles light up, then you detonate it.

Yeah I saw that too. Just thought it was a new fancy-lookin' thing for the srv.

Also try disabling the SRV gun.
When I was doing this yesterday the reticule circle stayed on screen and pointing in the direction you were when you disabled the gun as you move around.
