the launcher updated for me 2 days ago. Changed the dotnet requirements from 4.5 to 4.5.2 as min required. This screwed up my proton setup i had been using up until then.
But all is well again.
The hardware profile report totally thinks i'm running windows xp - which is the default for proton/wine setups. I bet they could just assume all windows xp setups are linux users and get a count of that userbase. There probably aren't that many users stupid enough to actually run windows xp on an internet connected computer to play the game.
