If it's a star, possibly a planetary nebula. If it's not a star - then it's not.

Looks like a planetary nebula. Is the system star White Dwarf or Neutron Star?

Not all planetary Nebula's are neutron/WD/BH/WR though. Blinking Nebula is a good example. That's just a regular old O (and some M's (and some TTS's (and some T's (and some Y's (and some L's)))))
