While there will always be possible improvements to be made in the pack rosters, we should all be able to agree that this years quality of animals has been on another level. Which one was your favourite?

I like several!
What a difficult decision!
I think I would go with the Somali Wild Ass.
But I also really liked Addax and in general I like many of the animals that we have received in 2023.

Favorite: Saiga
I mean, biggest surprise as well, with all the hate the realism lovers gave it.
Other very good ones: Fossa, Red River Hog, Crested Porcupine, Kiwi, Tasmanian Devil, Wolverine, Takin, Swan,
These were all very needed non-clone animals that really brought something unique to the table
Just good: little penguin, sand cat, dromedary, black rhino, boar, peccary, sloth bear, donkey, quokka
Not my favorites and I would have made some changes, but they grown on me and still didn’t bothered me
Meh: addax, gibbon,
I would have picked 100 others before them, gibbon suffered from siamang in my case, I really hate 100% clones, I would have liked it if we didn’t get the siamang earlier
Ugh get away: dama gazelle, wisent, water monitor,
Sorry, but I would have picked 1000 other animals before these, never use them and they should have given the swimming animation to the nile monitor instead, extreme clones

In my opinion 2023 might have been my fav year of PZ I mean... YEAH
I mean we got the best animal in PZ, and It's FACT not a opinion. like till this date every time I'm looking on this amazing animal my jaw is on the floor. It should get award for the most beautiful animal model that any game has ever made.

It’s between Red River Hog, Somali Wild Ass and the Swan
RRH because I love animals with red fur so much and they are so pretty irl too, the donkey because they are a good one to pretend for a petting zoo and the swan because it’s the closest we’ve ever gotten to geese and ducks which are two of my favorite animals irl

I'm almost stuck between those two as well. I have to go with the Wolverine though, myself but just very slightly. From a design perspective the Porcupine wins by a landslide though.
Kiwi and takin are my favourite choices
Only used maybe a third of all this years animals because of the unique nature of them, but the takin is my favourite followed close by the lar gibbon.
Unable to pick just one, especially with the Eurasia Pack being my surprising Highlight of the year. But place number one would be the Sloth bear, followed by porcupine.
Other highlight in no particular order: Swan, Wisent, Wild Boar, Gibbon.
Somali Wild Ass misses the mark by a tad bit with missing vocalisations and the Sloth is just the wrong one with way too bulky and comicy enrichment stuff in the habitat. However, both animals are still appreciated by me.
