Nononononononononono to PvP flags. If you're invincible you should be a station, an asteroid or a planet, otherwise I don't want to see your ghost. Solo or PG is your PvP flag.

Just my personal opinion:
I don't like flagging as a necessity for interaction.
That leads to static gameplay and mindlessness.
