Sadly, yes. There is definitely some stuff to like about the Engineers, but the RNG/casino/roulette wheel stuff just really screams *GAME*! Just ditching that would go a long way towards improving the Engineers imho.

Will I get shot for agreeing with a Mod? At least you can skip that awful spinning Roulette wheel.

Anything that would tame that horrible RNG element and adding actual, crafting would go a long way to improving it IMHO.
