What other games are we all playing?

I have been eyeing this game for the longest time. It looks to be a promising blend of Breath of the Wild and God of War. It looks to be promising, I saw some favorable feedback, with most praise coming from respecting the source material, dialogue, and customization. Should be a lot of fun! Plus I heard they may expand on it with other ancient settings from other regions of the world.

I have been playing God of War for the first time on the PS5. I have been having fun with it, it’s like a Soul's game where it feels great to defeat an enemy after multiple attempts.
Just noticed that it's now on PC and free with my Ubisoft+ sub...I'll give it a go.

Got Space Haven last night. enjoying it so far. it's a bit like Rimworld in space. I haven't got out of the first system yet but looks like the (procedurally generated) map is pretty big once you get going
I've played it once until I got the tech in game running. Waiting for an update for skill progression now.

and also Magic: The Gathering.

Having played that game 20 years ago, I'm positively surprised how well it's done and I'm quite a bit addicted at the moment.
Yeah I dip back into Magic every now and then. I also started playing it about that long ago, around the Stronghold set. I used to have the old Shandalar game on PC too :D
I found out about an online version about 5 years ago, which wasn't very easy to use, but MTG: Arena is so much better to play and use.

Thanks to Epic I got not only Elite a second time for free, but also Mud Runner (which I long wanted but is distinctly 'meh')
and also Magic: The Gathering.

Oh, and Space Haven is in my library for some time, it's really nice.
Ah, Magic: The RPG Killing.

I should have given up writing then :(

EDIT: So I'm bored of E:D after playing less hours of it then almost any other game I've bought in the last two years. I find myself going back to older games and reliving the excitements.

So what are ya'll playing to hold you over? What are you waiting for that will bring you back to E:D?

Me: Coh2, Sim city 5, a little bf4 and some Heroes and Generals
I have played 4,500 hours of elite dangerous and before that I probably played 25000 hours of Skyrim.

Really liking Hades, so much better than the great Diablo

I grabbed mud Runner too it's excellent

I did attempt a decorated beard much like that one in real life...since I imagined, as a biker it would add some gravitas to my image. Unfortunately, not being that tall I just looked like an angry Gimli the dwarf when I stuck my crash helmet on. :cautious:

I dyed it purple instead...
I am so glad you didn't braid your beard with beads it's so '80s 🤘

My wife explained once to some friends when asked if my fancy beard and long hair were a biker thing... "No." she said. "They were my idea. A few years after we got married, I decided I didn't like his face that much."
You married the honest one!
That's a two-way street all fair game!

Is Phoenix Point worth messing with yet or should I wait for even more content? A lot of the reviews seem like it wasn't fully baked. Finishing up Naheulbeuk and always like keeping a TB game going in between all the VR abuse.

Besides Surviving Mars, I saw another Mars game called Per Aspera. The video I saw compared the two as a micro game (Surviving Mars) and a macro game (Per Aspera). I'm also looking into Outer Worlds. My short time with ME:A has peaked my interest in other FPS games.
