What the heck is going on with bounties?

Yeah i'm a noob. Bought the game a few days ago and i'm getting real tired of some of this crap.
So: To start off, the game tells you nothing, zero, jack squat diddly nothing. Its basically just button mashing to figure out things (end ejects all cargo).

But bounties:
You are fighting pirates with the Feds and engage the criminals they are all shooting at before scanning it and then BOOM a bounty. For the next WEEK you are locked out of your pirate hunting system.

But okay there are a million systems like it right? no
You are flying to back to your NEW hunting spot and get hit by an introduction.
No worries, pop a 180 and open fire missiles and Gatlings away. Also turn on the "beacon" in the right side menu whatever that does.
Then the attacker warps out as the feds warp in and you have a new bounty    .

Can elite stop giving people a bounty for doing absolutely nothing and then having it last for a week.

Before you shoot anyone you have to wait for "Wanted" to appear in the bottom left corner of your hud.. :)

Try the Training missions first. Should be made compulsory IMO.

Also try the Training mission first from the menu. Should be compulsory IMO.

Elite is a PVE where the E bites back

I think there should be some sort of organised flight school group. Like online Ambasador that play together with new players. With wings system (thats what the beacons does) would work quite well.

The game comes with a manual. There is a sub-forum here dedicated to helping new players. There are 100's of YouTube videos explaining everything possible.

So is the problem "there is no info", or is the problem "you havent taken any time to learn how to play the game"?
