What to do with unwanted Prebuilt ship's?

The arc's I paid are not an issue in regard's to being totally lost.
Not being able to git rid of them is the issue.
Is there a way to delete or resale them for as lowly as free?
I've got a Python MKII and the Beluga for free, if one can figure out how to do it.

Try to crash on it and don't do the rebuy - use freewinder to spawn.

You can sell them for zero credits if you really don’t want them anymore. Any station with a shipyard or on your own fleet carrier.

Just make sure you’ve not left any modules on it … and remember, any of the “pre built” modules you left on that have been engineered, that engineering will be lost on any future re-deploy.

tried that, it only put's them in something like a deeper storage, still available from the screen, just takes an additional click rather that the one it generally takes.

Having issue's at Robigo now being three jump's both way's, where as it use to be only two. For some reason I being routed through Ceos on my way to Sothis. Which makes it three jump's rather than the normal two, I've done for year's and year's.

I'll tend to those two unwanted ship's when returning to Jameson; There both going in the toast rack. Assuming I'm not mandated to get a free rebuy and can choose the Sidewinder.

Once you sell a pre-built, or deny a rebuy after it's destruction, it reverts to a pre-deployment state. There is no way to remove them completely from the shipyard window. They shouldn't count towards your cap while in that state though.

That's the only important reason to get rid of them anyhow, because you need room for another ship.

Park it at the side of the road and leave the key in the ignition.

Seriously: This is the idea of the prebuild ships, that you can deploy them anytime from anywhere provided you didn't already. If you have, sell it and the deployed one will be gone from the ship list. The prebuilds will never, they are not supposed to.

carrier cap of 40 ships could be problematic but why anyone would have that many is beyond my logic

so dead weight then if parked on a carrier does it consume more trit per jump?
i g5ed and modded all ground based weapons to test them out but i only really use the Aphelion and the rocket launcher mostly
the rest are dead weight really🤷‍♂️ for more of a on foot challenge i sometimes fight un shielded on high g worlds its quite realistic that way and forces one to use cover
