Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X.

It's a phenomenal stick for the price.

Full CH Products setup, with fully customized button map. DIY TrackIR. I only touch the keyboard to type messages. Every button that can be configured is configured to the HOTAS, including exiting the game and several macros for PIP control and Power Plant targeting.

Voice Attack when I'm in the mood (because it's always slower than simply pressing the corresponding button on my HOTAS.

Logitech Extreme 3D Pro + Logitech G13 keypad. So, I voted "joystick".

Also using the Logitech Extreme.
Have been playing almost everyday since release and it creaks a little but still works fine.
