I’ll start this off with the first one I played. It was Golf played on a Burroughs machine in the mid 1970s. Played with a keyboard and printer. I worked at the factory that made them in Cumbernauld.
It went something like this:
The hole is 170 yards away and the wind is 10 miles an hour from behind.

The hole is 50 yards away and the wind is 10 miles an hour from behind.
What club? >
The hole is 10 yards away and the wind is 5 miles an hour from the front.
What club? >
