I know how to clear cache on the original Xbox One but the One X doesn't have a power brick.
I do it this way.
Press the white on/off button for approximately 10 seconds shutting down the Xbox.
Unplug the power cable from the back.
Press the white on/off button a couple times to bleed off the eventual residue power.
Plug the power cable back in.
Turn on the Xbox with the white on/off button instead of using the button on the controller.
If there's a better way then I realy would like to know.
