What's the current Situation regarding the Plans of Flamingo Variations being linked to Food Quality?

I remember that when Color Variations were introduced, it was mentioned that Frontier wants to link the Color of the Flamingos to the Food Quality. What's the current Situation? Is it being worked on or planned to be worked on or was it forgotten like the Ability for the Aardvark to use the natural Termite Mound?
It would be nice if a Community Manager could tell us the current Situation regarding Flamingo Variations🦩

Good question, last time we asked, I believe the answer was that they wanted to check the possibilities of it, but havent figured it out yet.

To be honest, at this point I would be fine if the colour variantions for flamingoes were added in the current variant system. Or if we got American Flamingo and it would be really colourful, I would be fine with that too. :p

I am more curious about the Aardvark using the natural termite mound, because that was basicaly confirmed to be implemented in the future, but since then nothing happened. That was right after South America release, so about 2 years ago.

They've mentioned once that they forgot about it. Don't know if they'll ever implement it. Would also absolutely love it if Chimpanzees and Bonobos could use those too

Would be nice if it would get added together with the American Flamingo. Just imagine how colorful the Flamingo Enclosures could be (of course if not every Quality 3 Flamingo just looks the same). Would really love American Flamingos in the Game. Planned a bit in my Mind how to renovate my japanese Zoo and I thought a mixed Flamingo Enclosure might be really nice

I assume it would be more noticeable with American Flamingos?

I don't even remember what thread it was in, sorry. I don't know if it would be more noticeable in any flamingo, really, basically just lighter shades of pink, but I still think they should have done it.
