What's the difference between Low and High Intensity Conflict Zones for the CGs ?

Doing CGs at Chi'Lin and Ipilyaga, and I am finding it easier to bring down targets in the High Intensity Zones than the Low Intensity Zones (which are packed with ships blasting away at each other, more it seems than in the former). In the Low Intensity Zones I am getting destroyed quickly by multiple ships.

Why am I finding the High Activity Zones slightly easier going in my Cobra? Are these the best ones to pick for this CG? There's plenty to choose from !

Similar to RES

High Intensity is more likely to spawn bigger ships and NPCs with higher combat ranks.

Low Intensity spawns more small ships with lower ranks.

As a low ranking casual, I prefer the High Intesity Res.

I seem to get wiped out in the Low ones. In a High Intensity, I can skirt the edge of the field and pick a target now and then.

Thanks for the replies, Commanders !

I guess in the Low Intensity Zones I am being set upon by lots of smaller ships, which overwhelm me, whereas in the High Intensity Zones this occurs less often.

Still a tough fight, though.

High Intensity are more dense. Which makes Low Intensity actually harder because it's very easy for the balance to flip in either side's favor and find yourself with 6 ships mauling you because they have no other targets left. The opposite can also happen, with you being inside a 12 ship group with 0-2 enemies in sight.

Low Rez need some re-tweaking.

Not so sure about that ... enter a Low Intensity Zone for one of the CGs and you will find at least as many ships fighting it out - at least that's what appears to be visually.

I will try and take some photos this evening to compare (dangerous though it may be !)
