When I open the game after a few seconds it closes

I just updated Windows (it didn't work before), I've finished the tutorial. When I try to open Elite Dangerous / Elite Dangerous: Horizons after a few seconds it closes.
I've reinstalled the game, updated Windows, tried various things and it still happens
Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

try launching the game by right clicking the desktop icon and select run as admin, this should only be required on the first launch but you may need to set the game to run as admin every launch

if that fails check in your ED install folder there should be a folder _CommonRedist, inside will be several exe files the game needs to run, reinstall all of them - if your using the steam install of the game use steam to verifiy the install, this should also reinstall the missing required files

I have a similar problem (sorry for any grammar mistake, english is my second language). Anyway whenever i start the game (either "vanilla" or Horiznos) sound is ok, i see the logo, get to the part that says preparing shadows (at least is the literal translation, should be sth similar in english version), and when it reachs to 79 just crash and close, whit the correspondig screen to inform the mistake.
Im playing with a notebook, I3-8130U, 12Gb RAM, integrated GPU (dont remember the name right now), OS: Win10-64bits.
I know it might seem that my pc is not up to run this game, but i have played for at least 20 hours before the crashes.
Already deleted it, re installed, veryfied both ways (EpicGames store, and games launcher) and nothing seems to work.
Any help please, i really wanna play this game.
