When landing - Starport Services is not always highlighted now???

I have just noticed in the last release (not updated yet to full game), when landing, "Startport Services" is not always highlighted. Sometimes "Launch" is highlighted. In previous releases, "Starport Services" was always highlighted. This is very annoying, when I am docking quick in a large port, and it is set to launch, and I hit the button. I now have to fly out, and then dock again.

Could you make "Starport Services" the default highlight?

This has been happening for a while. I agree it could do with being fixed, although I would admit that I have not yet actually fallen into the trap of selecting "Launch" when I meant to click the "Starport Services" option.
