I haven't found any either. They appear to be broken.
They are around, but far, far rarer. And also if you get the 'extinguish fires' wrinkle they are utterly broken. Otherwise all good ...
Good to see they got rid of the mission duplication as well ...
Try Anarchy systems if you are looking for bringing the power back on...
Is that a bug? I thought the difference between them was the material rewards you receive. I've seen 2-3 missions for the same spot, but each one had a different data/component for the reward, and selecting one made the others disappear.
Look at the patch notes - pretty sure they mention trying to remove duplicates. Which is a shame as I too liked the choice. Especially as now there's mostly only 1-4 missions, with a single target ...

I think it was deliberate. They wanted to restrict repair missions to be from the owning faction. So straight way you cut the number of local missions down from maybe 7 to one. And the chance of a faction owning a broken station in another system within 20Ly is basically zero* - so that's it. You end up with a tiny number of missions.
And then they get random REP limits, so you get one mission, then the next wants you to be allied, so you either do a lot of 'other' missions, or you wait / give-up.
I've given up for now, especially as they broke the fires.

I clicked the link above to add support for no support missions. Unfortunately, the last message there was back in July and it says the issue was FIXED. But I've still been searching for the last five days and cannot find any support missions. Was the issue fixed and is now a problem again? Any advice? Thanks.
Search for locations with negative system states. Support missions are there.
