Where did all my progress go!??? JWE2

I’ve been playing this game since it came out, doing different sandboxes since December. All the sudden today my campaign mode is at 0 percent, chaos is at 23, though I clearly have a saved Nublar 2015 file which I only would have gotten to had I progressed. And all my challenge mode progress is gone. This of course makes it seem like I’ve unlocked hardly anything in the game data. Strangely though my California sandbox is accessible via load even though if I go to sandbox it shows it as locked.
What can I do? Do I have to redo everything??
