The shipyard that was at my Coriolis Station is now "Unavailable" since the update. I have five ships at the station, how do I access them ?

Go somewhere else and transfer? 
That's an option but annoying. Fdev's need to correct this. The shipyard was there before the update and everything was great now construction in my systems are halted. Not right !
The developer could also remove all the new crap and focus on the essentials: removing the old bugs.

Fdev confirmed all removed shipyards were part of a bug, where the game did not correctly counted the total tech level of the system.
This is a bug fix, essentially.

We will be implementing a change early next week that raises the minimum tech level within a system which contains only a Tier 2 or 3 port. This in turn will enable the shipyard and outfitting services without the need to build the system out further.
Please note that the stock type will remain affected by tech level.

Found my ships, apparently they were moved to a station 18 ly's away with a working shipyard.
