Where is Frontline Solutions in Fleet Carrier?

Yes Frontline Solutions or Apex, nice. You book yourself a taxi or take a combat mission, while you are away the FC jumps 500ly, or maybe jumps several times and is now 1,000ly+ away with your ship, possibly out of range of Apex Taxi services altogether, now you have to travel to the nearest stations and transfer your ship from the FC, maybe still moving away, to the station, and wait for how long it takes to get there, can't see anyone complaining about that can you?
Are you assuming that an FC has no Apex or Frontline because people might do stupid stuff?

I'm suggesting FDEV couldn't see a way around the problem of Fleet Carriers being mobile bases that would work with Apex and Frontline Solutions. Using an Apex to travel to another station in the system isn't stupid, that's exactly what Apex is for, but those stations don't move around regularly in jumps up to 500ly.

The real answer of why Frontline is not on carriers: Carriers are not connected to BGS, so they cannot offer anything that directly affects local factions. This is also why there are no mission givers on them.

Basically carriers have no mission boards, no frontline solutions and no apex

However, a carrier with redemption office installed can cash in bounties and combat vouchers.
So frontline solution is not necessarily needed (nor an apex for what is worth)
One can take their own ship, fly to a combat zone, sign in when in range, do what they have to do, then fly back to the carrier and cash in

So while the Carriers are personal mobile stations, they are not designed to (fully) replace Star Ports / Planetary Ports normally found in systems
