Where is my Pioneer Suit Skin that I was promised?

Your player looks a bit worse for ware I know odyssey was a nightmare but Jeez lol
There have been some reported (and confirmed by FDev) issues with the Pioneer suit not being present when it should be - but by arguing with the Manage Loadouts and Suit Customisation screen, I was able to equip a suit (Dominator in this case) and customise it with the Pioneer pieces.

I kept getting something like “can’t equip to slot” when I trIed. i have all the other suits including a G3 Maverick so it’s really not useful anyway.
The Pioneer suit isn't actually a suit, it's cosmetics you customise a suit with. You add the Pioneer suit cosmetics to your Maverick/Dominator/Artemis, it's not a suit in it's own right.
Nah I had the Pioneer “bits”from the start if that was the case then that suit should have “fit” onto the suit in the slot it wouldn’t let me do. You can clearly see it’s an entire suit the hotfix added.
Of course like the rest of the UI that one sucks too
I don't think that's the case - I can also see entire suit customisation 'packs' in the 'Livery' and 'Suit Customisation' sections, like Raider, Drifter, Etc.
Not at my PC at the mo' so can't grab screen shots. The UI is a hot mess, and options you select don't update on the UI, but are present when you use the camera suit.
Like I said, the Pionner Suit is a pack of cosmetics to apply to the three Odyssey Suits, not an extra suit to equip in and of itself.
This is why people are thinking its not working as the UI once saved and equiped wont show it on your avatar - but it shows on your character out of the ui screenI managed to get mine on all the suits, but the UI says they’re not there.
Well I had those cosmetics the whole time only after the hot fix did what I took the shot of appear
I think that's definitely one reason - the UI is a hot buggy mess at the moment, so whether the suit is there, not there, not showing after being selected, etc. is all pretty hard to tell without knowing what is actually happening for a given CMDR.
When I get home, I'll try and grab some screenshots.
That was how I did all my suits...talk about tedious and messing around with that Pioneer bit kicked one of mt suits and reset it...
Yeah it is, along with the error message saying cant equip items etc - I only realised it was working when i free looked at my feet and then checked in my ship ( not bound on foot cam yet as wil probably be just playing horizons for a while until they decide to do some optimisation )
Yeh, that's in the 'livery' section, livery is cosmetics, like the ship kits. The big problem we all have, is none of us know what the UI is supposed to be showing, so telling intended behaviour from bugged behaviour is a nightmare.

My solution was to basically equip everything twice then it was all "in the right boxes" so I was sure My pimped out G3 Maverick

I'm just OCD about it so I've done all my suits like that and of course saved them all to not have to do them again...I gave up, as long as it showed up actually on me!
WHAT A COMPLETE FLAFF to try find the pioneer suit, frontier you really need to enhance your developing skills , as a five year old could do better!!!
