Where is the Fdev folder u can change ui etc in that does get overwritten

Been searching google and on here but it must be burried deep in the threads.

I have my Game installed to usual C: drive.

I believe there is a FDEV folder which doesnt get overwritten on updates.

Can someone please let me know what path i need to follow to find the alternative FDEV folder.

I have been adjusting the old one and then playing the game all well. But every time i go to play the game after restarting my omputer the next day it keeps syncronising files and overwritting it.

Rather frustrated.
