Ugh have to fetch a biological sample but it isn't illegal but all doors are locked only ebreach or cut open which I shouldn't have to do if it is legal. I think I could clone the guy inside too maybe.

Got me in but the code didnt work lol and I got caught had to run lol

Sounds like a bug tbh, you could try relogging. All the loot at the settlement will disappear but the mission item will be there. Well, hopefully somewhere else. Or if you take off, enter supercruise and land again it'll fully reset the settlement. If it's in a locker it should give you the code at the top right corner of the screen.

Figured it out, it was in a container on the settlement grounds not in a locker inside, same number :) Thanks for vid I'm going to watch now.

Aha! You can check the location at a computer terminal, there will be a blue mission marker on the one you're looking for and if you select it it'll give you a mission marker type thing to follow. In case you hadn't worked that out.
