Which AA setting do devs recommend?

Nope... Samsung 21 inch. Not "low quality" at least.

I just don't see jaggies with AA off, in any game.

That's more a product of your eyesight, not the actual image. Every game has jaggies to a degree. You do not have a magic screen that no one else has that somehow allows you to curcumvent the issue that plagues every game. Hence why technologies have been developed to reduce this eyesore. Or are you trying to say AA is somehow not required and NVidia and AMD have it all wrong? lol please. I could show you dozens of screenshots of with and without where it's so easy to see the difference. The fact you cannot see it as I said, only speaks to your eyesight or lack of attention to detail.

Also a samsung 21" can easily be low quality. But it's a lot easier to ignore jaggies on a small screen.

Sigh...I wish i could DSR on my 750Ti but I don't really think it's doable.
I'll settle for all settings on high + MSAA

Errr yes, you can. I can use DSR on my 660oc.

SMAA across 5040x1050 makes for a really pretty view, and seeing over 30FPS in the station on High almost brought a tear to my geek eye.

I turn off most built-in/in-game AA in favor for Control Panel/Inspector forced settings, since I'll generally manage a setting superior to what the game will offer and usually not suffer nearly as much of a performance impact.

That being said, ED has a problem respecting AA as it begins to apply to distance (regardless of method used) so it is probably much more consistent to turn it off entirely or operate with a larger resolution scaled to screen resolution.

Nothing in nvidia inspector seems to work in ED for me; Assetto Corsa had issues with AA due to geometric something something, sparge grid transparent AA solved it but can't enable that or any form of AA via inspector :(
