Which big squid should we have in the game once we get aquariums in Planet Zoo?

Speaking of that, I think a Colossal Squid actually caused the implosion. Since we think that adults tend to live in deeper waters, it could be possible that one could have been down there.
You can think that all you want, but it's not what happened. The submarine was poorly designed and flouted health and safety precautions. It imploded because the CEO was a gigantic word I'm not allowed to say on this forum.

Also Magnapinna Squid to answer the Question not really seriously🙃
🤔 is there even a Stranger looking Squid Species than that one?
There is the Vampire Squid.

First of all, I've only known it as the Long - Armed Squid & also good point.
Has anyone ever tried to tag a Colossal Squid or a Long - Armed Squid by any chance?
Seems like there isn't a tagged Colossal Squid yet but it would definitely be easier than I thought because sometimes they come to the Surface unlike the Giant Squid
Don't know why the Uploader Age restricted the Video. Must've been some pretty heavy cursing

Obviously still pretty young though when it was filmed. Unlike the Giant Squid, Colossal Squids seem to have never been filmed in their natural Habitat

Can't find anything about a tagged Magnapinna Squid

Try converting the video to MP4. Then we would be able to watch it.

I think I know how the mystery of the Colossal Squid can be solved.
Why don't we take 2 baby Colossal Squids, place them in a tank for them to survive, once they are bigger, we tag them both & then place them back in the ocean?

Don't think it would be that easy. They are probably only coming to the Surface extremely rarely, which means either waiting or trying to somehow catch them from the Deep Sea and in that Case, they would need to be brought to the Surface very slowly to reduce the Risk of fatal Injuries due to the Pressure Difference. And who knows if they would even survive in a Tank? There might be unknown Factors that could make it incredibly difficult. Pretty sure someone mentioned that most Squids don't do very well in Captivity. They could also just try to tag one while it's close to the Surface. But who knows how likely it would be even for that to work? Probably this won't even work because it doesn't seems to happen very frequently that they come close to the Surface, otherwise we would most likely have more Footage of them.
What might be possible though, would be to use a Diving Vessel and use some smaller Squids or a big Fish as Bait.
That's how a few Years ago, Scientists observed and filmed a Giant Squid for the first Time in it's natural Environment. It was only a short Encounter but definitely worth it and maybe they could even observe a bigger one with this Method

That's not a bad idea.

Can someone try to help finding it? So far I found out that the english Documentary about it is Part of Discovery Channels Curiosity Series and the Episode is called Monster Squid.
Also misremembered what they used to lure the Squid in Front of the Camera. They've used a artificial Object that emited Light to look like a Deepsea Creature.
Internet Archive might have it but I'm not sure if it's really the full Documentary, because there are multiple Files with the Name.
The Documentary is from 2013

Currently downloading the File of which I think it might be the full Documentary and it takes a few Hours, so hopefully it's the correct one. A Shame you don't seem to be able to watch it directly on the Side.
🤔 I'm thinking about maybe starting a YouTube Channel so I can upload it, so other People won't need to download for a Eternity too
