GlaDOS or Cave Johnson (J K Simmons) would be my picks. Portal 2 is really good and genuinely funny, I might have to replay now.
A Japanese COVAS would be good.

Worst job I ever had, right, worst job I ever had, was with Jayne Mansfield. I had the terrible job of retrieving Anacondas from her bum. She had a lot of trouble with spaceships up her bumhole, spacecraftissimus bumikissimus in general terms, it was my job every evening to go round to Jayne, who was a sweet girl, charming girl, and get these ruddy Anacondas out of her backside.
