Any suggestions for upgrading something ? Bought my hardware last August but I am thinkin bout upgrading from DDR3 to DDR4 which means to buy a new Motherboard/CPU as well.

My rig has an nVidia GTX 980, Intel i7-5820k @3.30GHz, 32GB RAM and two hard-drives, one with a terabyte of storage and one with 465GB, mostly meant for Windows. But they're both now filled to almost maximum because I've installed a lot of games lately. Gonna have to clean up my drives if I want space to install Planet Coaster when the alpha releases.

Intel i5 4670k overclocked to 4.3GHz
16GB DDR3
nvidia GTX760 with 2GB VRAM
Asus Xonar Essence STX sound card
Cannot remember what the PSU is, opened it up and recapped it though!

All of that is housed in a mATX case with 90% of the screws missing! Using a 24" IPS display from LG as the monitor and NAD c320bee amplifier with decent speakers for audio! Only other notable part is the keyboard that's a mechanical job!

Might upgrade the GPU at some point, looking to see how Planet Coaster runs first. Was thinking of something like the r9 Nano as it would fit into the case rather well!

Your CPU looks good, it's all down to your video card! Do you know which GTX it is?

Urmmmm, how do I find out my specs proper?

As you have a nvidia card it's likely you have nvidia geforce experience. In the bottom right hand corner of your windows desktop (next to the clock) you should have a green icon called "NVIDIA geforce experience" click on that, select "Open NVIDIA geforce experience" then click on the "My Rig" tab!

Still have my single hole punch to make the floppy double sided. And dial up connection ah the good old days.

Wow I had completely forgotten about those haha. Pretty sure I still have one hanging around somewhere that hasn't been thrown away! I remember paying a fortune for a US robotics 56k v90 modem for the days of dialup. Then upgraded to dual ISDN line hehe, it was the fastest thing going way back then, cost a fortune as well!

4.5 GHZ ??? Wow you really got a good CPU xD u'r lucky xD
I wanted to order the same cooler, but I was afraid of water coolers. I don't know why, but I think it's because of a fluid in a electronic system xD I am kind of weird I know ^^

I didn't go farther than 4.0 GHz cause I think at the moment I don't need more power. Which cooler do you use ? I got the Noctua NH-D14.

256GB Corsair Force LX Series SATA-III
2TB (2TBx1) Western Digital Caviar Black SATA-III
Corsair Obsidian 450D (case)

it's a Silverstone all in one water cooler with the radiator hanging out the back loose [haha]. Not sure the exact model but it has 2x 120mm fans on it. Can push this chip further than 4.3 probably but I've not really experimented with it yet. Only had it a week or so following an upgrade from an old i7 920.

I haven't tested push it farther than 4.1 Ghz... I ran Prime95 for about 4 hours and my heat was about 79 degrees which it's to hot in my humble opinion. I had a AMD till last August and it wasn't allowed to go over 60°C. I know Intel can, but I am afraid of ruining my computer xD
