Which is the ship you can't keep your hands off?

Python - I just love it. I made enough moolar with my vette to get myself my python back and I've already started kitting it out.

Still love the vette though.

V2k.

FAS is the one for me. I need to get back into my Dolphin to go make some money(love that ship) but I just keep heading out in the FAS, "just one more quick trip to a Haz Rez".
With the exception of the Orca everything else is just gathering dust.
Dolphin for making credits, exploring and pretty much everything else.
Orca for heavy lifting and engineering mods for the FAS.
FAS for combat.
Trying to work on FDS for Thargoid stuff.
I don't really have any desire for any of the big ships right now, maybe some time in the future I'll give them a try but it's not really any where near important. I like the ships I have.

Absolutely love the cutter. Have been flying it since 1.5.
I do everything in it fight, trade, smuggle..basically everything except exploring.
i salute your bravery. i did that *once* and got away with it but i really don't know how...

i saw a really nice paying smuggling mission and accepted it, and it was only on the station approach that i remembered i wasn't in my Python at all, but was in 'Greed' my trade Cutter... fast through the mail slot, lightly kissed the back wall of the station... my pad was #2 right at the front, a bit of red-faced reversing... nope, nope not doing that again nope

That clipper! Lovely ship. I’ve had one since way back when Aisling briefly lowered the rank wall. At the time I couldn’t even afford to a rate it so it stayed docked for ages and it was an impulse buy as I just wanted the courier. To this day I still don’t have the rank so my Clipper is extra special to me. Has been a hauler, a miner, a combat ship. Right now it’s got three frags and a feedback rail with size seven biweaves and a whole lot of hull, making it something of an assassin.

Careful with that thing, Scotty will want to get his hands on her ample nacelles, if you'll pardon the engineering parlance. :D

I've got all of them, and I fly all of them, at different times for different reasons. Right now I'm going about in a golden Cutter, gathering rare goods from the far corners of the galaxy, reducing would-be pirates to little more than a memory, and that's what it's good for doing.

But when it comes to ships I just can't stay out of...

The Dolphin - When I need to get around fast, go far, and want to enjoy it, this is the small ship for me.

The Orca - Be it passengers, or search and rescue operations, refueling, repairs, or just having some fun watching bad guys go boom, this one does it.

The Beluga - With the capacity for any job short of massive freight-hauling, there's nothing the Beluga can't do, in style, with superior handling and some pretty impressive fire power. Be it a lazy stroll to the far side of the galaxy, or a major bounty-hunting operation, this big beast really keeps bringing me back, over and over again.

The Anaconda is like a badass, heavy hittin', long-jumpin', big haulin' Swiss Army knife in space. I can use it for anything and everything and it seems to do a pretty awesome job of it. And for those times when landing at an outpost is required, The Python is my very close second favorite!

The Imperial Cutter.

After all that grinding, it's all I want to fly. Love all that cargo space and the drop dead gorgeous aesthetics.

You stole my post! :D

Cobra MkIII because all the other ships are a lie!

The Cobra Mk III not only was the first ship to reach Sag. A, but also the first to reach Beagle Point. Hard not to love a ship with such a proven and dependable track record. :)

I do still prefer the AspX for exploration though. It's fast, maneuverable, has plenty of module slots and has an excellent view which is nice with VR.

For trading, mission running or even CZs, my Cutter works quite well. It's jump range is a respectable 35ly with decent shields, armed and a 608t cargo capacity.

For Bounty Hunting and some CZs, I still use my FDL. I'm finding myself in it less and less now days because I got bored of combat back in 2.1.

Instead, I've been finding myself flying my Python since even A-Rated, it's got close to a 30ly jump range. It's pretty easy to swap it from cargo, to hull tank, to passengers at will. It's also decently fast at 450m/s. Like the Cobra and Asp, it's just too versatile to ever get rid of.

Last is my Anaconda which is currently set up for deep space salvage. It's another ship that I don't plan to replace any time soon. Still haven't gotten around to combat fitting it. I might buy a second one instead since I'm not too fond of the Vette.
