Horizons (non-legacy) via Steam here. Had zero interest in COD in a space suit when it was announced, and still don't. Got burned out on the engineering material grind, so had little interest in the Guardian, legs, or flower aliens because Fdev decided to add MORE engineering grind (engaging gameplay?) in order to play puzzles, run around shooting people, or killing flowers. But, never say never I guess. We'll see...
So a big thanks to Fdev for the real-time Horizons split, AND the new Python.

I thought the new ship was a newer/better Python, not a FDL replacement, but hey, it's a new ship. I realize that I won't get what I want, ship-wise, this being a MMO with all the balance cr...err...restrictions needed for that. But with the material traders, keeping my self in mats is somewhat tolerable, and I have a new ship to play with. So I'm good for now.
So, with over 5k hours in this since '16, including the long layoff where I almost did the Meet Joe Black thing, and over 10B in credits I'm mostly happy with the new changes/advances. Things were looking a bit dim with the legs announcement and the non-flyable barge you only rent, but I've been pleasantly surprised of late.
Keep at it Fdev.
