Awesome Commanders! I didn't realize there would be such a wide variety of colors out there exploring the galaxy. I might stick with Tactical Ice (White) for my explor Python.
The image is broken, can't see it. Use imgur. So is this black? of gray? I prefer dark, non-refective, flat colored.

I went with green:

Small paint-related question: I've seen pictures of ships that have been out for some time and their paintjobs were eroded away. Not complaining; kind of like the ship is saying: "I've seen things you wouldn't believe..." I'm curious; at what level does the paint "percentage" have to go down to before the erosion becomes visible? Or is the erosion a high-level graphics quality thing, and not drawn on computers with mid-level graphics?
Always <3
Have always been a fan in general of satin black/worn/dark graphite looks over pure black.
It's somewhere perfectly in the middle between "classy" and "sinister".
This is Tactical Cobalt on a Courier.Question for either of you - where does this Cobalt come from? The only Cobalt I have seen is part of the Tactical (or Military?) packs, and it is not a solid color.
Nor is it the color in that screen. Cobalt is a blue-purple color (like the top right corner of the Bailout sig in the post above mine), and that ship looks like a matte graphite.
Thanks,
Riôt
