PvP Who is the griefer?

Full story:

The OP and their friends are some kind of spanish "SDC" wanna-be, but without the funny side (and I don't think the SDC have a funny side).
There is a topic in the spanish sub-forum about PvP, griefing and ganking, and the consequences it has over the playerbase and the different game modes, and they (the OP and their friends) started to defend there the position about that we're mixing PvP players and gankers (basically their argument is that we believe that all PvP players are gankers)... something that isn't true.

So, some days later, they start publishing videos where some of them appear killing explorers doing the Ram Tah missions while they (the explorers) were in their SRV's, and killing xeno-hunters (that have ships equipped with AX weapons) and making fun of it (you know, because they're PvP players and people mistakes them with gankers).

This week they decided to attack a system that defends another spanish faction (they have donde this before, but the prior system had a pure PvE faction as defenders and was easy for them). This time, the defenders were not so easy to beat, and they (the defenders) start publishing some videos where the OP and their friends are kinda humilliated.

So, with their reputation destroyed, and their true colors revealed, they can't obtain the social approval they need. As an extra bonus, the spanish sub-section of the forums has a new PvP sub-section since yesterday, so they can't publish where everyone can see what they do.

And then, they tried to find that social approval publishing this topic here, in the english PvP sub forum.

Someone needs a hug. Hug your gankers, they need love too.

Very well resumed. The truth is that these individuals have been exposed and are quite pitiful. Fortunately, the vast majority of us aren't like them & at least we have self-respect lol.

I'd only really call it griefing if you kill someone without a reason. I.E. I don't count killing a cargo ship tha refuses to surrender cargo when you demand it griefing.

Killing players that aren't doing any kind of PVP and can't fight back fairly for no real reason is griefing in my opinion. I.E. Killing players fighting Thargoids with AX weaponry or killing new players in Sidewinders.

From the looks of it the OP is part of a band of griefers but that video is vague and doesn't show who started the fight, if there was a valid reason to kill that person, etc.

I dont see any griefer, what i see is a wanted guy who is being attacked by three clean guys who cant do anything to destroy him. Not only they cant destroy him but he manages to destroy a Federal Gunship in a 3vs1 battle
