Griefer is a made up word bij sjwo. If you really feel grief by loosing internet space pixels there is something not well in the brain, or you have such a fantastic life that you dont know any grief. I would maybe retract my comment if ED didnt gave any choice like solo and groups.
Also a lot of flaws in the past of this game are reported while maybe not intended by the same "griefers".
Then there is another reason griefer term is overused in elite and that is it is really possible with some effort even for new players to avoid being killed. i wouldnt play open without it. whats the point in trading/mining and the likes if it is all rainbow farts in this very dangerous galaxy.

It's funny. I've been called a griefer for stalking Federal Powerplay CMDRs. (I'm with Mahon, so they're enemy)

If, for example, I had seen you attacking noobs in sidewinders with your FDL, then yes, you would have been a griefer in my opinion.

All available weapon configurations are completely legit. No configuration makes you a griefer a priori.
Target is Elite FAS in a wing of 3. I'm still confused how you did all that to him in the first place
