Who's your pilot Female / Male

Male - I was surprised the option to change it seems to be gone (recently had a friend over to show her the rift and wanted to change it for her for better immersion).
Female, because there are no 'Asari' to choose.
Main game character is male, but for Beta 1.1 I used a female character
IMHO you have to chose on charakter creation...

For some reason, in WoW, I can bounce around all day long in a female-character; but on here it feels .. wrong? I have no idea why, lol.

In the main menu, go to Options > Graphics > Pilot Gender - cannot be done in game.

I feel a bit more weird playing a female character in this than I do in MMOs too, not sure why. I still opted for female but...yeah it's different. I literally will not play a male character in an MMO.

Because, in the end of the day, most of the male players are straight and they usually get sick at watching the male character's butt. A female character makes things more interesting and, like trying to impress the character (
;, players will try their hardest to make the most powerful female character in the game. lol
Gender is such a 20th century hang-up.

Personally I don't really care if my pilot is male or female b\c you can't see them. Hopefully they will add some sort of way to customize your pilot when you can walk around on space stations and have crew battles where your gender and look matters (Aesthetically).
