Horizons Why all the NPC GANKERS? We try hard to avoid the player ones - Why?

So FD, why do you have Ships Interdict players when they are clearly out-classed still?
Also why do Ships attack without Scans and the ones that even do either turn away and say "not worth my while" whilst I got CARGO OR do attack you even though you have NO CARGO?
WHY? - This is the major problem with 2.1 besides the rare commodities scarcity.

They're trying to convince you that you may as well play in open because PVE is no longer a haven for peaceful players. Especially if you are a casual player and heaven forbid don't know how to min/max your ship and use FA toggle. I see people berated on here for not knowing the mechanics of the game. I know how to play, I have 600mil+ and I can do ok in PVP, but you know what, there's room in a good game for people of all skill levels. The point is for people to have fun, not to be the most awesome pretend space pilot.

It's OK for people to not know how to play well. Difficulty should be adjusted based on the level of the player. Good games do a good job with that balance, making the game challenging enough to not be boring but not too punishing that people quit in frustration.

Obviously FD doesn't think fun should be allowed and one difficulty level fits all. I have two accounts my primary character is triple elite the other no where near that level and I see little difference in the level of customer abuse between the two. In the vastness of the bubble it should be an infrequent meeting of commanders, something like the number of people you might expect to run into while strolling through the middle of the Sahara. Seems more like being caught in the wrong part of Chicago after dark, I gave up on open play for just that reason many months ago. I am about ready to quit all together as I am getting sick of the escalating NPC abuse.
