Horizons Why can't Titanium be refined from Rutile as it is in RL?

It doesn't seem as though Ti can be mined either. Is the only way to get it to buy it on the commodities market?

Because you don't have a refinery that can do that?
Just buy the stuff if you need it for a mission

You can do surface mining POIs raids and find some as well as USS dumpster diving but nothing really reliable.

Titanium can be found in Refinery economies, which import rutile

You cannot refinery Titanium from rutile as The shipboard refinery - refines the asteroid chunk down to the minerals present in it removing unwanted dross.

Refinery economies then take in all the minerals and output the metals.
