So appeartantly pressing the windows key i get a little menu and i can use my actual desktop INSIDE vr and i can also see whats going on in real life so i know where my keyboard is.
i can even open chrome tabs and place them in the cockpit where i want them AND i can even watch youtube whilst supercruising ?

All this time i have been going around like a maniac taking the headset of and alt-tabbing between the vr and monitor.

Please tell me there is more i didnt know.

@nigeljk cheap ass Lenovo Explorer with broken left controller.

I now also found out mixed reality has built in voice commands...
watched so many videos, reviews and tutorials but these things nobody explains and how useful it all is.
I don't even need to use controllers for the menus i can just look at something and say what it needs to do.

Definitely worth going through whatever demos etc came with your headset. I'm guessing that Windows mixed reality stuff is being worked on and I wouldn't be surprised if we see an MS branded headset soon.

I guess this can be good news for when my G2 arrives, dash pinned panels and the passthrough was something I was probably going to miss from the Rift-S

Now i would love the quest 2 style finger tracking to easy navigate the browser. like hologram touchscreen in the cockpit.
