Why is being a "prey" of a pirate in open a bad game design...

Probably the best thing you can do right now is to ask FDev. Send them a private letter of email or something, not via the forums and ask what it would take for them to listen to proposals for correcting the problems in the game that are perceived by you and see what they say.
I've seen a number of threads in the Suggestions forum where the OP indicated that they'd been advised by Customer Support to take their suggestion to the forums.

I'm just asking for the opinion of the players. Did you notice? Or does it offend someone or is it forbidden by someone?
Nope, I gave you an answer. That was my opinion. Please don't put words into my mouth it's distasteful. I don't know where they have been.

Of course if you don't want answers to your questions, hypothetical or otherwise, then don't ask them.

Then explain it? I didn't ask anything "not good" and didn't force you to comment on it personally in principle.
Again, that was my opinion which you asked for. You really must expect that if you ask a question you will get answer that you don't like. Don't attack them, it's childish.

The opinion about "good" or "not good" what I was asking was not interesting to me. There was a very specific question. Did you see the question "will it be OK if I ask my question here"?

That's my problem. Or rather, with the definition "not good". Is this as clear as possible? For the rest of the text, I have no pretensions.
Ah, I see what your issue is now. Well, "in my opinion asking us players how to put a reasonable suggestion to the developers is the wrong place to ask. You'd need to ask the developers that." Put that sentence into my answer to your question. Does that make it less contentious to you?

No problem, your opinion matters. But the definition of "not good" for my question, which was aimed precisely at getting an answer from the players, is inappropriate.

If you think this

is all right, then I think this

is also fair. We continue the discussion.
No, I think you have misunderstood. The first bit you quoted you have taken out of context. That wasn't in reply to your question but to the first part of my post. Which was about asking the developers etc.

Let me restate it so that it is less misleading:

Frankly, in my opinion, asking the question of what, where and how the game developers want a proposed solution suggestion of us players is the wrong place to be asking as were are players and not developers.

Is that more clear?

We are crossing posts here but I'll reply to this one anyway.

Presumably the reason for having a player discussion is that you perceive there to be a problem, which you would like fixed and in order to try and get the best possible solution for as many players as possible you want the players to discuss it. However, you also presumably want to give this proposed solution to the developers for their consideration. So...(and this is where my answer to your post starts), the first place to start is to ask.....

and you know the rest of my post from above.

Clear?

@MadSinUN @MarkAusten - put away those handbags Cmdrs!
Your both right....probably why your banging heads 🤷‍♀️

We can all suggest whatever we like....some idea's seem stupid....some not so much....
I think the problem arises when we start to think we're special, and 'My ideas are the BEST!' start's to happen....It's an ego thing.
We're all nobodies - it's possible FDev will see an idea and think 'That's a damn good idea!'....But more than likely we're all ignored and FDev do what they want 🤷‍♀️
If you have an idea you think is amazing, voice it, but don't expect anything from anyone ;)

(Anyone else remember not too long ago, when you bought a game 'as-is'? Don't like it? Tough!)

If you haven't noticed, this definition of
Frankly it's not good asking that question here are we are the players not the developers.
was highlighted separately from the General context when writing. Yes, I'll let you rephrase. So I didn't take this phrase out of context. You singled it out yourself

Oh well. I tried. We are just going to have to agree to disagree. You think I mean one thing and I think I mean something else.

RM recently told me that it is desirable to add in such cases the words "perhaps"," I think so"," in my opinion", etc., so that it is not a statement, but has the status of an opinion. (Or something like that);). This is serious. Don't be a bully.

Tell, me why is trying to clarify my meaning to someone I think who has misunderstood it bullying?

That's very passive aggressive. Please leave that sort of behaviour in Open where it belongs :)

Oh, Yes, of course) I understand the reason for this behavior. Nothing wrong. We continue the discussion.
