The issue is the "Black Friday paint job" was offered to those that pre-ordered Horizons which is why I have a jet black Cobra etc. I can't see them offering it again as fdev has a history of not offering pre order stuff for sale as it can cause bad blood between them and the pre order crowd

TBH the Black Friday thing doesn't translate well, it's not tied to anything here so appears as random as Easter. Add to which UK companies have been running BF promotions since Halloween.
