I assume this is in reference to my idea to allow us to play as the dinosaurs. Maybe you should play Jurassic World: Evolution and tell me what the game really is, because it's not just a park simulator...god forbid Frontier adds something interesting and new. Gameplay is sorely what Jurassic World: Evolution needs. I can barely say it's a game anymore. You got your park simulator...and it's not doing too well...time to add more things. Frontier added more story missions, added more hybrids, put more emphasis on dinosaur welfare and plant life, made a point to showcase dinosaur battles - putting more of focus on that. Jurassic World: Evolution is a shell of an unfinished idea, something that had more promise than anything. It needed another year...and it still probably wouldn't have been as good.
And no...the Isle is not Jurassic Park...the point of that game is to hunt dinosaurs and survive (ALONE most of the time). Playing as the dinosaur in a Jurassic Park game is completely different compared to the Isle. You fail to see the potential in the gameplay, which again is what JWE desperately needs. Anything to change up the formula, make it fun and interesting...but that clearly wasn't what Frontier was going for. They wanted to test their technical expertise in preparation for Planet Zoo - a much more successful game - sacrificing what could have made Jurassic World: Evolution amazing. Spiting their development and not taking this game seriously enough...it's easy to tell where all the passion went, otherwise...I wouldn't be here voicing my concerns.
Things still not in the game btw...it took Frontier a full year to add destructible vehicles to the game. I have no faith in Frontier to fix anything in this game anymore....
you have a point there defo but it is so much better now then it was and as well there may be a JWE2 so you never know what that would be like and your Planet zoo sacrficing JWE makes a lot of sense and i agree with that a lot but JWE is one of (if not the best) JP/JW game ever made in my opinion
