Why would someone limit who can dock on their carrier?

I wish there was a way to filter private/squadron only carriers.

It's such a waste of space 'cause there's a buncha anuses with locked carriers. What good are they to me if I can't land? They're just more clutter for the nav panel.

Just discovered a reason you wouldn't do this..

In any of the private modes, you don't get any of the npc traffic docking with your carrier... its better with it imo.

They're good for owner. Suspending services until owner needs almost halfs weekly payments.
So owner can use as mobile storage and personal station services.
