It's a small ship so it can land anywhere easily, and it can carry 4 c4 corrosion resistant cargo racks, w/shields, fuel scoop, SRV and ADS.
I want one.
Lots of folks say the CIV is crap, but I think I would like it. I have found that one way to extend my enjoyment of this game is to play outside the "meta", doing things very contrary to the way everyone else is. I've been enjoying passenger missions in an Adder lately, while my Orca sits collecting dust in my garage. That's probably my favorite use of Engineers - taking "crap" ships and making them usable and fun.
The performance of the Cobra MkIV may not be top notch, but the same as Old Duck, I do things out of the norm from time to time to keep the interest fresh.
Although I have unlocked and purchased all the big ships, I am currently flying round the Small Worlds Expedition 3 in a Diamondback explorer in order to do something different.
I own 32 of the 33 available ships that some PC and Xbox Commanders can buy.
I have no way to buy the 33rd ship because of the platform that I am on.
I have been in the game since launch on the PS4 console. I pre-ordered as soon as it was announced.
I am just requesting parity for access to the ship.
It was available as a pre-order incentive for Horizons
The Horizons season is now over.
Other games will have done ‘game of the year’ editions collapsing previous release content into a single base game by now in readiness for future releases. This would be the place to package out the Cobra mkIV to everyone.
